Team Work

Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group of individuals working together to achieve a common goal. It involves combining diverse skills, perspectives, and strengths to tackle tasks more effectively than one person could alone. Effective teamwork requires clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared sense of purpose. By leveraging each team member’s unique contributions and fostering a supportive environment, teams can innovate, solve problems efficiently, and achieve results that reflect their collective capabilities

I always prefer to work with team. Because I always believe that anything can achieve with team work but not alone. For the winning of a game or task, I personally think that team should take a decision collectively and do the work. If it is so, outcome will be definitely high. I have that experience when I worked in Sampath Bank, Colombo Super branch in 2014 to 2018. I was the Duty Manager of that branch. We achieved so many challenges given by Sampath bank collectively with our team. I can remember that we have won the 01st place of Sampath Vishwa online banking campaign and the SMS alert campaign among all the network. Without the team work we could not achieve those targets.
